Yuckies

Today I had to take Jayden for labs. We had to wait for about an hour because the doctor’s office never faxed over the order and they had closed up shop for lunch. All I wanted to do was go home and sleep because I was feeling yucky. It was the first time I had Jayden out in the sling and I was so glad I did because with my complete lack of energy it was so much easier than carrying her carseat into the hospital or messing with the stroller.



Jayden’s stuffy nose seemed to be a little worse late in the afternoon. I had been suctioning her nose and it was a yucky shade of yellow so I called the Dr to see if I should bring her in. They scheduled her for 7pm. Grandma B stopped by to visit for a little before I had to head out with her to go to the Dr.



Her weight at the Dr's office was 8lb 4 oz! I can’t believe how much her weight had gone up in just 2 days. The got the results from her labs and her bili levels were at 15.6. The Dr said her lungs sounded fine and that we were just to watch her for appetite changes, fever, or if she has labored breathing. They also wanted her to go back for labs again on Friday. I’m so tired of having my baby poked with needles. :o(
