Travis was really sick today. He was only out of bed for a combined total of about an hour. Brian worked on bailing out the basement all morning/afternoon for a total of about 6 hours until he had to go to work and the water was STILL coming in! I worked on it a little in the evening and was finally able to stop the flooding. We HAVE to get gutters on our house this spring. I’m sure that is why the basement is flooding.
A new nurse, Shareen, came today. Jayden now weighs 7lbs 14.5 oz, total weight gain since Sunday of 5.5 oz. She is now above what her birth weight was. When the nurse called back later in the day her bili levels have gone down to 16 and the Doctor said she could come off the blanket. The nurse advised to keep her on until bedtime as the unit is rented until midnight anyway. We have to take her in for labs on Thursday and to the Doctor for a checkup on Friday. Jayden came off the blanket at 10:45. Yeah!!! My baby is cordless! It's so nice to be able to walk around the house with her in my arms. :o)
