Jayden’s Dr said she’s doing great. She doesn’t look nearly as Jaundiced. Even the whites of her eyes are starting to like white finally. She still gets really ruddy when she cries. It’s funny how different babies are! I never remember Trevor getting red when he cried. But then again when she gets really mad she does this breath holding cry.
Anyway… here are Jayden’s stats for her 2 week check
Height: 21” 75%
Weight: 8lb 8oz 50%
Head: 14 ¼” 50%
The nurse originally had put down 33” for head measurement and I didn’t think anything of it. The Dr. plugged in the number apparently not thinking either and she was completely off the charts. He was saying, “Her head doesn’t look THAT big lets re-measure.” Turns out the nurse wrote her head in cm!
She doesn’t need to go back until 2 months for her immunizations but he said we could bring her back at 1 month if we like to check ht and wt.
