Bye, Bye Miracle Blanket

The last three mornings in a row I have woken up to my smiling girl with her "Miracle Blanket" all bunched up around her upper torso. The first morning it was dangerously close to her neck and face and caused me a bit of worry. I chalked it up to not wrapping her tight enough. Nope, she's a baby Houdini. LOL, she's also been wiggling her but out her diaper AGAIN after a break of about a month and a half. Fun times!

For about a month I've left her feet out and just swaddled her arms. She seemed much happier with it that way. This morning when she woke up she seemed to be so happy to stretch her arms above her head and gave me the biggest grins. So I decided to pull out my camera and take a few pictures and retire the blanket. I ~hope~ that she will sleep soundly tonight without it. It's been quite the crutch for the last few months and I need sleep! I think back to how cute she was a a baby burrito.
