Jayden's 1st Birthday

I can't believe my baby girl is one! We had a low key party to celebrate. For her birthday meal on her birthday we ordered pizza and she really enjoyed it.

We had her birthday party on the 30th, the following Sunday. I'm not really huge yet into the whole "theme" party but it had a slight little mermaid flair to it with a little princess thrown in since the Little Mermaid was a princess and all.

Don't let the grin fool you, she did not like her crown one little bit! There was about 50 pictures of her scowling and trying to take it off and only 2 of her smiling.

She was eating very daintily until Daddy showed her it was ok to make a mess. She never did get quite as messy as Trevor did on his first birthday. She ate pretty much the entire smash cake by herself. I don't know how she ate that much. I tried a couple of times to take it away but she got mad so I let her keep at it. Your only 1 once right? Surprisingly very little got on her high chair or the floor.

Trevor thought the cake was yummy too!
